Where do we ship to?

We ship to all countries except for Europe.

How do i qualify for free shipping?

You are automatically entitled to free shipping for orders above $50*.

*Applicable for orders to Singapore only. Plushies are excluded from this free shipping condition.

To enjoy free shipping for plushies, simply add 2 or more plushies into your cart!

Are my orders trackable?

Yes, all of our orders are shipped out with tracking number. You can find your tracking number in your email, after we’ve marked it as shipped.

Are my orders taxable?

For all orders out of Singapore, please be informed that you are responsible for any forms of import duties, custom and local sales taxes.

What happens if my order gets sent back to mochibuddies?

In the event that your order fails to deliver due to the following reasons:

  • Wrong address provided
  • Multiple failed attempts from delivery company

You will have to pay a seperate shipping fee for the next delivery.

What should i do if i've keyed my shipping address incorrectly?

Any error on the order information can be updated if it has not been shipped.

If your order has been shipped out, we regret to inform you that we are not liable for it.

Returns & Refunds

Can i request for a refund / exchange?

All items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless for the following reasons:

  • Items are damaged upon delivery*
  • Receiving a wrong item
  • Missing items in your order

*If you’ve purchased seconds, do note that they are not perfect.

All refunds have to be made within 7 days of receiving the order and items have to be brand new and not removed from their packaging.

You can view your available points under My Account > Loyalty and Rewards

How do i redeem my points?

All points can be redeemed at the top of the checkout page.

I've made an order, but why wasn't any points awarded to me?

All awarded points will only be reflected after your order has been marked as shipped.

Why did my points got deducted even though i didn't redeem them?

All points amendments can be viewed under My Account > Loyalty and Rewards.

In the event that your order got refunded or cancelled, points will be amended accordingly.
