The Sticker Club is a monthly sticker membership where you receive exclusive designs and special rewards that are not sold in our regular shop.
Each pack includes limited-edition stickers, cute designs featuring Mochi Buddies characters, and occasional bonus items depending on your subscription tier.
Simply choose one of the three sticker subscription plans, check out securely, and you’ll receive your sticker pack every month. Rewards and bonuses increase with each tier.
All monthly sticker rewards are mailed out in the following month after your subscription is made.
(For example, if you subscribed in October, your October sticker reward will be mailed out in November.)
To cancel your subscription, please send us an email mochibuddies@gmail.com with the subject title
“Cancel Subscription for Monthly Sticker Rewards.”
Include the email address you used to subscribe.
We’ll process your cancellation within 1–2 working days.
Cancelled subscriptions will take effect starting the next month.
For example: if your subscription is charged on 1st October and you request cancellation after your card has been charged, we’ll still send out the October sticker reward.
Please note that charges made before the cancellation request (including processing time) cannot be refunded.
